Mindful Moveouts is a full-service home and storage cleanout service. We offer decluttering, estate sale coordination, donation drop offs, shipping, document handling, real estate prep, and client communication — all of which can be remotely managed.

WHAT we do

We specialize in helping families, individuals, and businesses manage:

  • Home & estate move outs – sensitive and respectful handling of a loved one’s belongings.
  • Downsizing support – organized planning and sorting to accommodate moving to smaller living spaces.
  • Storage & garage cleanouts – efficient decluttering with care.

We understand circumstances may not allow you to be physically present. We are prepared to be your partner on site allowing you to participate remotely, if needed.

Step 1: Listen & Learn

We start with a consultation to understand your goals, priorities, and timeline. We will help you find and keep what matters.

Step 2: Sort & Simplify

Our team provides a video documentation of a house’s contents including an itemized inventory. We carefully sort items to keep, donate, sell, and recycle. We will help coordinate items to thrift or consign, donate to a local nonprofit, or coordinate an estate or pop-up sale.

Step 3: Coordinate & Manage

We coordinate and handle all logistics – donation pickups, scheduling movers, and item disposal as needed.

Step 4: Finish & Follow Up

Whether keeping a property or listing it for sale or rent, we leave the space ready for its next chapter and provide a donation impact summary.
